Terms of Service

Centss is a personal expense and budget tracking app. You enter your own spending, income, budgets, goals, loans, and membership cards, and we organise them into totals, trends, and insights. Centss is not a bank, lender, broker, tax preparer, or licensed financial adviser, and it does not move money.

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account details.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Don't share credentials.
• Tell us at support@centss.app right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

• Don't attempt to access another user's data, probe or bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the service, and don't use automated tools to overload it.
• Don't upload unlawful content, malware, or material you have no right to submit.
• Don't use Centss to launder funds, evade tax, or for any illegal purpose.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Centss. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you — for example reading a receipt image to extract items. We don't use your financial records to train models or to sell advertising.

Insights, budget suggestions, deal notifications, and projections are informational only, generated from the data you enter, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify anything important — including offers linked from notifications — before acting on it.

We work to keep Centss available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or retire functionality. If we make a material change to these terms we'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email.

You can stop using Centss at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully, and we'll tell you why where we're able to.

Centss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on figures you entered. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
